At Web Solutions Lanka, we offer flexible online web design services to ensure that distance is never a barrier for our clients. Our head office is located in Moratuwa, Colombo, Western Province, and we proudly serve clients across Sri Lanka and worldwide.

Whenever possible, we prefer to meet our clients in person at their offices to discuss project details and initiate the web design process. However, when clients are based outside the Western Province—or in another country—we seamlessly shift to online communication methods to maintain efficiency and convenience.

To begin the process, we provide a detailed proposal and showcase our portfolio so clients can explore various design options. Clients may also share a link to a website they admire, which we can use as inspiration to create a customized design that aligns with their brand and goals.

As a highly experienced web design company in Sri Lanka, we are equipped to design any type of website—ranging from simple informational sites to complex e-commerce platforms—tailored to each client’s vision and requirements.

Once the design concept is approved, clients can choose from a range of web design packages to suit their budget. Our offerings include everything from Starter Packages to Premium High-Quality Web Design Solutions, all of which can be conveniently reviewed and selected through our website.

Pay an Advance for the Website

After selecting a suitable package, the client is required to deposit 50% of the total amount to our company bank account. Once the advance payment is received, we will begin the web design process immediately.

Free Domain Name and Hosting Offers

We provide a free domain name for the client’s website. Before purchasing the domain, we will share a list of available domain name options for the client to choose from. Once confirmed, we will proceed with registering the selected domain name.

In some of our special promotions, clients will also receive free web hosting for the first year. From the second year onward, the hosting service will be renewed at a cost of Rs. 8,000 per year.

Web Designing Process

During the web design process, we maintain close communication with our clients to gather all the necessary information required to complete their website. Our team ensures continuous collaboration to create the best possible design—one that truly meets the client’s expectations and vision.

Throughout the development stage, we will share the website online two or three times for the client’s review and feedback. This allows us to incorporate their ideas and make any necessary adjustments during the design phase.

Once the design is completed, we will keep the website online for about one week, allowing the client to review it and send us any final edits or updates.

After this review period, the client is required to settle the remaining 50% balance payment. Once the payment is received, we will submit the website to Google and other search engines, and perform the necessary Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) tasks to enhance its online visibility.

By following this streamlined process, clients located outside the Western Province or even outside Sri Lanka can conveniently complete their web design projects with us through our online design and communication system.
